Abstract
The role of social movements in a society’s development and its modernzation is considered.The shift from the “vertical” to “network” functional structure of cociety seems as indispensableprecondition of this modernization. The concept of primary eco-structure (in its three time dimensins)as a basic node of this network is offered and substantiated.
