Abstract
Constitutional process of modern Russia is in the focus of the article. The authors concentrateon the mechanisms of legal institutions based on two models of constitutionalism: aversive andaspirational. The authors criticize constitutional process and politics shaped under the Russian aversiveconstitutionalism.
